Cherished Teddies 12" Long 9" sitting Plush Blonde Bear with Pink bow #549967 1999 Limited Edition Plush Bear. There were 3 other tan bears with ribbons which were Sara (pink) - Jackie (white) - Karen (green). This blue bear was the rare one. Produced in 1999 This listing is just for the Blonde Bear with the Rose Ribbon. This blonde bear has black cloth eyes and brown cloth nose. The tag has a saying  "A teddie bears real charm is in being huggable." They all have the same number. They all have a pink heart sewn on their chest and pink paw pads.
