North American Christening Muffy Outfit 405 Christening Dress  Muffy's dress is made from white cotton fabric, pink satin ribbon ties in the back and on the hat. Muffy was born in 1984 appeared dressed in her Christening dress. Through the years Muffy and her Christening Dress have changed many times. There have been 4 different Christening outfits with the fourth and final one being retired when all Muffy Collections were retired at the end of 2001. The fabric, eyelet trim, flowers and ribbons have changed through the years but the style has remained the same.
