Produced in 1999 This listing is just for the Blue Bear with the White Ribbon. This blue bear has black cloth nose and eyes. The tag has a saying  "A teddie bears real charm is in being huggable." They all have the same number. They all have a pink heart sewn on chest and pink paw pads.
